ClubRight or Ravini? Pick the one that texts your leads back while you're coaching.
ClubRight is built to run a club: door access, gradings, card terminals, more than 1,000 UK clubs. Ravini is built to fill one: an AI that replies to every Facebook lead-form enquiry over SMS in minutes, books the trial and tells you which ads paid for it. Here's the honest split, using ClubRight's own published prices.1,3
ClubRight Complete, the plan with the lead CRM
£1791
a month + VAT. Core is £99 + VAT without lead management.
Ravini, everything on one plan
£50
a month for the first 50 gyms, then £99. AI messages (10p each, plus the text they go out as), outgoing texts (6p per segment; a segment is up to 160 characters, or 70 if the text includes an emoji or another character outside the standard SMS set) and incoming texts (1p per segment) come out of a prepaid wallet.
ClubRight prices are shown + VAT, as ClubRight publishes them. SMS is extra on ClubRight (bundles from £10 a month + VAT).1
No card needed. ClubRight details checked 25 September 2026.
The short version
Pick ClubRight if
- Your doors need to open on a fob or QR code. ClubRight integrates with Nortech and Paxton; Ravini has no door access.1
- You run a martial arts academy and want belt gradings tracked in the software.1
- You take payments on a card terminal at the desk.1
- You want a supplier with more than 1,000 UK clubs on the books.3
Pick Ravini if
- You run Facebook or Instagram lead ads and too many enquiries go cold before you reply.
- You want the lead CRM, automations and an AI that replies to leads without moving up to £179 + VAT. AI messages cost 10p each from prepaid credit, plus the text they go out as.
- You want your ad spend, leads and joiners read by the same assistant that can write and publish the next ad.
- You'd rather buy from someone running gyms right now. Ravini is built by Sam Schofield, who owns Atlas Fitness in Harrogate and York.
The same week, on each platform
Someone fills in your Facebook lead form at 9:40pm on a Sunday
On Ravini
The lead lands in Ravini straight from Meta. The AI agent texts them within minutes, answers their questions about price and times, and books them into a trial class. You wake up to a booking. It's 10p per AI message, plus 6p per text segment when it goes out by SMS, from your prepaid wallet.
On ClubRight
Milo drafts a follow-up for your sales funnel. It sends once you say yes, and only on the Complete plan. ClubRight says Milo never messages members directly.2
You want to know which ad brought in this month's joiners
On Ravini
Ask Atlas, Ravini's assistant. It reads your Meta ad results next to your leads and joins, points out the ads that have gone stale, and can write and publish the replacement.
You're choosing a plan with lead follow-up built in
On Ravini
One plan with the lead CRM on it: £50 a month for the first 50 gyms, then £99. AI replies and texts are paid as you use them.
On ClubRight
Lead management, sales funnels and lead nurture are on Complete at £179 a month + VAT. Core at £99 + VAT doesn't include them.1
A member's fob won't open the door at 6am
On Ravini
Ravini can't help here. It doesn't connect to door hardware, so you'd keep your current access system.
On ClubRight
ClubRight connects to Nortech and Paxton door systems for 24/7 unstaffed access. This one goes to ClubRight.1
Milo and Ravini's AI do different jobs
Milo is ClubRight's AI assistant, in beta now. It's a good idea done carefully: a Morning Brief of failed Direct Debits, members at risk of leaving and under-booked classes, and a chat box your desk staff can ask about fobs and bookings. On Core it answers questions. On Complete it also acts, once you approve each step.2
The line that matters is in ClubRight's own FAQ: Milo does not contact your members. Every message waits for you. That's safe, and it also leaves the enquiry from Tuesday sitting until you've finished coaching and opened the app.2
Ravini splits the work in two. The lead agent talks to new enquiries itself, over SMS, and books them in. You can make any channel wait for your sign-off. Atlas is the assistant for you and your staff: ask it how the month compares with last, who's overdue, or which ad to switch off, and it can do the booking or send the message for you. Both run on prepaid credit: 10p per AI message, plus 6p per text segment when it goes out by SMS, and 10p per Atlas answer, plus any texts it sends, 50p for each ad image it creates and 2p for each line it reads aloud in a natural voice.
If you want an assistant that only ever drafts, Milo fits. If you want your leads answered at 9:40pm on a Sunday without you picking up the phone, that's the reason Ravini exists.2

Questions gym owners ask
Is Ravini cheaper than ClubRight?
For a gym that wants lead follow-up, usually. ClubRight puts lead management on its Complete plan at £179 a month + VAT. Ravini is £50 a month for the first 50 gyms, then £99. The lead CRM is on that plan. AI messages (10p each, plus the text they go out as), outgoing texts (6p per segment; a segment is up to 160 characters, or 70 if the text includes an emoji or another character outside the standard SMS set) and incoming texts (1p per segment) come out of a prepaid wallet, so a busy lead month adds to the bill. If you only need memberships, bookings and payments, ClubRight Core at £99 + VAT is a fair price for what it does.1
What is ClubRight's Milo, and how is it different from Ravini's AI?
Milo is ClubRight's AI assistant, in beta and included on every plan. It surfaces what needs doing, drafts messages and, on the Complete plan, carries out actions once you approve them. It doesn't message your members or leads itself. Ravini's lead agent does: it replies to new enquiries over SMS and books them into a trial, at 10p per AI message, plus 6p per text segment when it goes out by SMS.2
Can Ravini replace ClubRight's door access?
No. Ravini doesn't connect to door hardware such as Nortech or Paxton. If you rely on fob or QR entry, keep your access system or stay with a platform that runs it.1
Can I move from ClubRight to Ravini?
Yes, and the move is free. Your members come across from a CSV export, and we set up your timetable and plans with you. Moving Direct Debit mandates between payment providers needs planning, so we go through that on a call before you switch anything.
Does Ravini work for martial arts and boxing clubs?
For memberships, class booking, payments and lead follow-up, yes. Ravini doesn't track belts or gradings, which ClubRight does.1
See what happens to your leads before you leave ClubRight.
Set Ravini up next to what you run now. Send the AI a test enquiry and watch it book the trial. Nothing moves until you decide, and when you do, we move your members across for free.
