Members log breakfast in under 10 seconds
UK supermarket food database (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi, M&S Meal Deal). Different macro targets on training versus rest days. Logging takes four taps from the home screen.
The Nutrition module did something members liked, but the food database was a mess. Half of it was American. "Egg, large, grade A" with calories that didn't match a UK Tesco egg. Logging took too many taps. The macro targets were the same on a training day as a rest day.
Phase 16 fixes all three.
What changed
- UK-first food database. Real supermarket items. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Lidl, M&S, Boots Meal Deal. Macros calibrated against UK label data, not USDA.
- Training-day vs rest-day targets. Members can set higher carbs on training days, lower on rest days, and the day's target adjusts based on whether they've checked into a class. No manual switching.
- Custom items. Anything missing from the database can be added once and reused. Your gym's protein-shake brand, the local deli's chicken bowl, whatever.
- Logging speed. Adding a meal is now 4 taps from the home screen on the Flutter app. Most members log breakfast in under 10 seconds.
Why we renamed it
"Nutrition" implied diet plans. We don't write diet plans, we track what's eaten. "Tracking" is honest about that, and leaves room for non-food things you'd track in a coaching context: sleep, water, training volume, body composition.
The data model was renamed too, so any custom report you've built against it will need updating. Drop us a line if that's you.
