Build a 6-week strength preset once. Drag it onto Member A and it copies the full plan into their account, dated from today. Drag it onto Member B next week, same thing.

You stop rebuilding the same programme for every new client. Edits to the preset don't retroactively change the assigned copies. Each member gets a snapshot the moment you drag.

Challenge to membership tier link

If your 30-day shred challenge is gated to a paid membership tier, that's now wired in. Members get auto-enrolled when they buy the tier and auto-removed when they cancel. No more manual roster management.

Custom tracking items
